Frank Pastizzo is sincere and down-to-earth, and his performances include comedy, theater, live piano, storytelling, and group activities. Programs are tailored to help individuals and work teams appreciate varying skills and points of view, and to promote cooperation, productivity, and kindness. The outcome is a more tolerant, supportive, goal-oriented organizational environment. After a presentation, there is typically a line of people of various backgrounds lingering to spend more time with him and share common experiences. Organizations have called on Frank to alleviate friction between departments and ranks, leaving people mindful that they have common goals, the most significant being that each person realizes his or her own value as a contributor to the whole — the whole product, the whole service, the whole environment, and the whole energy of the workplace. His programs have been utilized by hundreds of leaders across the U.S. and are thought-provoking and create true introspection.

Frank’s background includes working side-by-side with doctors in Air Force emergency rooms, teaching high school English and Drama in England, touring as a stand-up comedian and professional actor in Europe and the U.S., working as a health care administrator and marketing executive, and currently employed as a full time residential counselor at Mountain Lake Academy in Lake Placid, NY.

For the past thirty years, Frank has addressed audiences in health care, education, and business, along with thousands of US military members worldwide. He and his wife Susan are authors of two books and love their home in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State.
